A main valve comprises a diverter valve and a pressure copying valve which is connected to an oil inlet of the diverter valve in parallel and used for transmitting pressure signals, the diverter valve is connected with a three-way pressure compensation valve, the three-way pressure compensation valve is communicated with a reversing valve, and an outlet of the reversing valve is connected with a load oil way; the main valve inputs hydraulic oil from the metering pump through a pressure oil port P. The input end of the metering pump is connected with the variable frequency motor. The contradiction between large standby pressure loss and slow system response caused by constant pressure difference is solved by combining the variable pressure difference load-sensitive valve control system of the constant displacement pump and the stepless speed regulation performance advantage of the variable frequency motor. The pressure copying valve collects load signals, and pilot level control of pressure difference adjustment is achieved. The valve body is small in size, high in integration level and fast in control response; the invention discloses a control method of a variable-pressure-difference load-sensitive system of a metering pump. The control method comprises the steps of signal collection, working condition recognition and control adjustment. Real-time variable pressure difference adjustment is achieved by collecting motor rotating speed signals and pilot pressure signals.
