Containing grooves are formed in the four corners of the lower end of the first shell, balancing devices are rotationally connected into the containing grooves and comprise second shells, third motors are arranged in the second shells, and first rotating shafts are arranged at the two ends of the third motors in an extending mode; the two ends of the first rotating shaft are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the second shell, and the side wall of the third motor is fixedly connected with a balance weight ring. By changing the position of the ball body and matching with the balancing device, unbalance loading is avoided.
