The invention discloses an anti-deformation hoisting device and method for a large-span pi-shaped plane truss, two pulley devices I and a hoisting rope I are mounted at each of two ends of the truss, the pulley devices I are fixed at high-span corner positions of the truss, the hoisting rope I penetrates through the pulley device I on one side, one end of the hoisting rope I is fixed with an upper chord at the low-span end of the truss, and the other end of the hoisting rope I is fixed with a lower chord at the low-span end of the truss; one end of the first lifting rope is fixed to the middle of the high span close to the truss, the other end of the first lifting rope is fixed to the middle of the high span close to the truss, a hoist is arranged in the middle of the first lifting rope, the first lifting rope is connected with a second pulley device, the second pulley device is connected with a second lifting rope, and the upper end of the second lifting rope is connected with a lifting hook of the crane. According to the hoisting device, the whole large-span pi-shaped plane truss can be hoisted, the construction cost is saved, meanwhile, high-altitude operation of workers is reduced, and the device is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble; and meanwhile, the hoisting device can synchronously adjust deformation of the cantilever end and the midspan of the truss, and has the advantages of efficient and convenient construction and the like.

    本发明公开了一种大跨π型平面桁架防变形吊装装置及方法,桁架的两端均安装有两个滑轮装置一以及吊绳一,所述滑轮装置一固定在桁架高跨角部位置,所述吊绳一穿过一侧滑轮装置一,一端与桁架低跨端部上弦固定,另一端与近桁架高跨跨中固定,所述吊绳一的中间设置有葫芦,所述吊绳一连接有滑轮装置二,所述滑轮装置二连接有吊绳二,所述吊绳二的上端与吊机吊钩连接。本发明吊装装置可实现大跨π型平面桁架整榀吊装,节省施工成本的同时减少了工人高空作业,且装置结构简单,安拆方便;同时该吊装装置可同步调节桁架悬挑端及跨中变形,具有施工高效、便捷等优点。
