The elevator car structurally comprises a special-shaped car body, a mounting frame is fixedly connected to the top end of the interior of the special-shaped car body, embedding grooves are formed in the two sides of the interior of the mounting frame, and a sealing gasket is arranged in the middle of the interior of the mounting frame; the two sides of the bottom end of the mounting frame are connected with air inlet and outlet plates in a sealed mode, one end of each air inlet and outlet plate communicates with the interior of the mounting frame, an embedding groove is connected with a drawing plate through an embedding plate, two penetrating grooves are formed in the drawing plate, and a filter plate is arranged in one penetrating groove; the top end of the outer portion of the special-shaped lift car is connected with an air conveying pipe and an air suction pipe through two pipeline connectors respectively. According to the invention, the plane space of the hoistway can be fully utilized, so that the area of the elevator car is maximized, the load capacity of the elevator is maximized, and the vertical traffic flow of the building is optimized under the condition of ensuring the safe operation of the elevator.

    本发明公开了一种提升空间利用率的电梯轿厢,其结构包括异型轿厢,所述异型轿厢内部的顶端固定连接有安装框架,所述安装框架内部的两侧开设有嵌合槽,所述安装框架内部的中间处设置有密封垫,所述安装框架底端的两侧密封连接有进出气板,所述进出气板的一端与所述安装框架的内部相通,所述嵌合槽通过嵌合板连接有抽拉板,所述抽拉板的内部开设有两个贯穿槽,一个所述贯穿槽的内部设置有过滤板;所述异型轿厢外部的顶端通过两个管道接头分别连接有输气管和抽气管。本发明可以充分利用井道平面空间,使电梯轿厢面积最大化,电梯载重量最大化,确保电梯安全运行的情况下,实现建筑物垂直交通流的最优化。
