Meanwhile, the existence of personnel and foreign matter invasion are detected in real time, the structure is simple, the deployment requirement is low, the cost is low, and the detection accuracy is high.

    本发明涉及井下机器视觉识别、边缘计算技术领域,尤其是涉及一种金属矿山罐笼人数统计系统方法,包括机器视觉装置、传输装置、控制装置,机器视觉装置主要由多个镜头构成,传输装置主要由网桥及交换机构成,传输装置并与机器视觉装置和控制装置相连,当罐笼开、关门时,控制装置发出控制信号,控制机器视觉装置统计进出罐笼实时人数;机器视觉装置将统计进出罐笼实时人数,通过传输装置,反馈给控制装置,控制装置通过边缘计算定制算法计算罐笼实时人数,利用机器视觉识别和边缘计算功能,能够避免罐笼人员超载一系列不安全现象发生,同时实时检测人员存在性和异物侵入,其结构简单、布署要求低、成本低、检测准确率高。
