The invention discloses a self-learning elevator floor selection method and system based on elevator taking behavior habits of passengers, and the method comprises the steps that the passengers are recognized, and elevator taking behavior habit characteristics of the passengers are obtained; according to the elevator taking behavior habit characteristics of the passengers, a characteristic matrix is constructed; predicting a target floor of the passenger by using the feature matrix, and obtaining a prediction result; based on the feature matrix and the prediction result, training a floor prediction model, and obtaining an updated floor prediction model; and predicting a target floor of the passenger based on the updated floor prediction model. The method can automatically predict the target floor of the passenger according to the elevator taking behavior habit of the passenger, avoids direct contact in the elevator, improves the elevator taking efficiency, and has the characteristics of no contact, high efficiency and no feeling.

    本发明公开了基于乘员乘梯行为习惯的自学习电梯楼层选择方法及系统,方法包括:识别乘员,获取所述乘员的乘梯行为习惯特征;通过所述乘员的乘梯行为习惯特征,构建特征矩阵;利用所述特征矩阵预测所述乘员的目的楼层,获取预测结果;基于所述特征矩阵和所述预测结果,训练楼层预测模型,获取更新后的所述楼层预测模型;基于更新后的所述楼层预测模型预测所述乘员的目的楼层。本发明能够根据乘员的乘梯行为习惯,自动预测出乘员目的楼层,避免电梯内的直接接触,提高了乘梯效率,具有无接触、高效率、无感的特点。
