The invention discloses a wing unfolding and upturning mechanism and an aircraft. The technical problems that in the prior art, a wing unfolding and upturning mechanism is low in structural efficiency and large in occupied space are solved. The driving assembly is mounted on the base; the two transmission rings are connected to the driving assembly through radial rotating shafts and are configured to rotate in opposite directions around the axes of the transmission rings under the driving of the driving assembly; the two transmission rings are respectively connected with two wings, and each wing extends along the radial direction of the corresponding transmission ring; the guiding assembly is installed on the base and abuts against the two transmission rings so as to guide the two transmission rings rotating in the opposite directions to rotate around the radial rotating shaft.
