The invention relates to a large space driving mechanism. A rolling ring electric transmission mechanism is fixedly connected with a lower end face flange through a rolling ring upper mounting piece and a rolling ring lower mounting piece; the guide rail is connected with the lower end face flange through a rotary supporting mechanism and can achieve rotary motion by means of a rolling amplitude in the rotary supporting mechanism. The upper end face flange and the guide rail are clamped into a whole through the clamping and locking mechanism, and the upper end face flange can be connected with a large-size enveloped load in a matched mode to rotate. The driving part is fixedly installed on the lower end face flange, the tail end gear is meshed with the guide rail to achieve the function of driving the guide rail to rotate, the rolling ring electric transmission mechanism is connected with the upper end face flange through the upper end face flange connecting piece, and therefore the rolling ring electric transmission mechanism, the upper end face flange and an external load rotate together. Power and signals generated from the outside are transmitted to the interior of the spacecraft, and the high-power transmission function is achieved. The device can drive large loads such as a solar wing to achieve sun orientation, and has the advantages of being high in transmission power, long in service life, stable and reliable.

    本发明涉及一种空间大型驱动机构,滚环电传输机构通过滚环上安装件、滚环下安装件与下端面法兰连接固定;导轨通过回转支撑机构与下端面法兰连接,并可依靠回转支撑机构中的滚动幅实现回转运动;上端面法兰通过夹持锁定机构与导轨夹持为一个整体,可匹配连接大尺寸包络的载荷转动;驱动部件安装固定于下端面法兰上,末端齿轮通过与导轨啮合实现驱动导轨转动的功能,滚环电传输机构通过上端面法兰连接件与上端面法兰连接,从而实现滚环电传输机构与上端面法兰以及外部载荷的共同转动,将外部所产生的功率、信号传输至航天器内部,实现大功率传输功能。本发明可驱动太阳翼等大型载荷实现对日定向,并具有传输功率高、使用寿命长以及稳定可靠的特点。
