The invention discloses a module hoisting method under the in-place state of a floating type production oil storage and offloading device. The module hoisting method comprises the following steps that the floating type production oil storage and offloading device is moored and limited; the floating crane ship is driven to the side end of the floating type oil production, storage and offloading device; installing a vertical guide device between the hoisting module and the in-place module, wherein the vertical guide device is used for limiting the movement of the hoisting module in the horizontal direction; an insertion tip is arranged on a deck of the floating oil production, storage and offloading device, and the insertion tip is arranged right opposite to a main leg at the bottom end of the hoisting module; the floating crane ship lifts the lifting module, the vertical guide device limits the movement of the lifting module in the horizontal direction, the lifting module falls vertically, the insertion tip is inserted into the main leg, and the lifting work of the lifting module is completed. The problems that when the floating type production oil storage and discharge device is in the in-place state, the motion amplitude is large, and upper module hoisting is difficult are solved.
本发明公开了一种浮式生产储卸油装置在位状态下的模块吊装方法,包括以下步骤:对浮式生产储卸油装置进行系泊限位;将浮吊船行驶至所述浮式生产储卸油装置侧端;在吊装模块和已就位模块之间安装竖向导向装置,所述竖向导向装置用于限制所述吊装模块在水平方向的运动;在所述浮式生产储卸油装置的甲板上设置插尖,所述插尖正对所述吊装模块底端的主腿设置;所述浮吊船起吊所述吊装模块,所述竖向导向装置限制所述吊装模块在水平方向的运动,所述吊装模块垂直下落,所述插尖插入所述主腿中,完成所述吊装模块的吊装工作。本发明解决了浮式生产储卸油装置在位状态下,运动幅度大,难以进行上部模块吊装的问题。
