The invention discloses a method for unifying datum point control precision of a large ship. The method comprises the following steps: establishing theoretical models of each subsection, each block and the whole ship of the ship; ship segments are prefabricated; manufacturing of all the segments is completed, and actual three-dimensional coordinates of all the segments are collected. Comparing the acquired actual three-dimensional coordinates of the segments with the three-dimensional coordinates of the theoretical model, and performing secondary processing on the segments; the total assembly operation of the sections is completed; the theoretical center line of the whole ship is consistent with the center line of the dock; finding an intersection point of a theoretical stern vertical line and a theoretical center line of the whole ship and a horizontal plane at the bottom of the ship body through a total station, and setting the point as a unified reference point of the whole ship; determining an initial block, and accurately positioning the initial block; building an annular ship body by taking the starting block as a starting point; and with the completed annular ship body as a starting point, the annular ship body is sequentially built in the ship bow direction and the ship stern direction respectively, and finally manufacturing of the ship body is completed. By using the method, the carrying precision and the construction quality are improved, and the construction difficulty is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种大型船舶统一基准点控制精度的方式,包括以下步骤:建立船舶各分段、总段以及全船的理论模型。并预制船舶分段;完成所有分段的制作,采集所有分段的实际三维坐标。将采集的分段实际三维坐标与理论模型的三维坐标进行对比,对分段进行二次加工;完成分段的总组作业;使全船的理论中心线与船坞中心线一致;通过全站仪找到全船的理论艉垂线、理论中心线与船体底部水平面的交点,将该点设为全船的统一基准点;确定起始总段,并对其进行精确定位;以起始总段为起点,建造环形船体;以已经完成的环形船体为起点,分别向船艏和船艉方向依次建造环形船体,最终完成船体的制作。使用本方法提高了搭载精度和施工质量,降低了施工难度。
