The invention discloses an unmanned ship with a methanol fuel cell. The unmanned ship comprises an unmanned ship body and a power management system. The power management system is arranged on the unmanned ship body and comprises a power module, a control module, a storage module, a detection module and a comparison module. Wherein the power supply module is used for providing electric energy for a motor of the unmanned ship body, and the power supply module comprises a lithium battery and a methanol fuel cell for supplying power to the lithium battery and/or the motor. Wherein the control module is electrically connected with the motor and the power module, and the control module is used for controlling the average rotating speed of the motor. Wherein an electric quantity threshold value is pre-stored in the storage module. Wherein the detection module is electrically connected with the power supply module, and the detection module is used for detecting the residual electric quantity of the lithium battery. Therefore, according to the unmanned ship with the methanol fuel cell, the endurance time of the unmanned ship is prolonged, energy is saved, the service life is prolonged, and therefore it is guaranteed that the unmanned ship can return smoothly.
