A protective shell is arranged at the upper end of the floating ball, a positioning and orientation GNSS receiver is arranged in the protective shell, a supporting column is arranged on the upper surface of the protective shell, a beacon light is arranged at the upper end of the supporting column, the lower end of the floating ball is rotationally connected with a supporting pipe through a sealing bearing, a balance weight shell is arranged at the lower end of the supporting pipe, and a storage battery is arranged in the balance weight shell; the propelling unit is arranged in the middle of the outer arc surface of the supporting pipe; the self-resetting deep sea fixed-point buoy further comprises a controller, the controller is arranged on the left side in the protective shell, the input end of the beacon light is electrically connected with the output end of the controller, according to the self-resetting deep sea fixed-point buoy, thrust generated by rotation of the propeller can be used for positioning the buoy, the anchoring cost is reduced, direction control of the propeller is simple, and the service life of the buoy is prolonged. The direction can be automatically controlled through the impact force of water flow, meanwhile, active adjustment can be conducted, and therefore the good using effect is achieved.
