The steering shaft and the front pipe are not coaxially arranged; a first included angle is formed between the steering shaft and the horizontal plane; a second included angle is formed between the front pipe and the front fork; the first included angle ranges from 75 degrees to 105 degrees; the second included angle ranges from 3 degrees to 15 degrees; the bicycle further comprises a rear wheel structure. The other end of the pedal is connected with the rear wheel structure; the rear wheel structure comprises a base and a steering support. The base is arranged at the bottom of the pedal; the steering bracket is provided with a steering oblique shaft; the turning oblique shaft is rotationally connected with the base; the steering support is provided with a left rear wheel and a right rear wheel. In the sliding process of the scooter, when the handlebar is swung to enable the front pipe to rotate, the scooter can have forward power, so that the front wheel of the scooter can keep moving forwards when the scooter turns suddenly, and the situation that the scooter falls down due to the fact that the front wheel faces backwards is avoided.
