The anti-collision and anti-climbing beam is of an arch appearance structure and comprises a first vertical plate, a second vertical plate, edge plates, sealing plates, anti-climbing ribs and reinforcing connecting plates, the edge plates are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the first vertical plate respectively, the sealing plates are arranged on the left side and the right side of the first vertical plate respectively, and the second vertical plate is arranged in a groove defined by the first vertical plate, the edge plates and the sealing plates. The upper side of the edge plate is higher than the second vertical plate, the anti-climbing ribs are arranged on the outer surface of the second vertical plate, a plurality of reinforcing connecting plates are arranged in a cavity defined by the first vertical plate, the edge plate and the second vertical plate, every two adjacent reinforcing connecting plates are arranged in a triangular shape, the edge plate is provided with a lightening hole, and the lightening holes are triangular. Each corner of the de-weight hole is in smooth transition; the device is light in weight, high in strength, capable of bearing multi-angle high-speed impact and capable of preventing a train from climbing and jumping to the maximum extent when the impact occurs.

    本发明公开了一种钛合金列车防撞防爬梁及制备工艺,属于列车被动安全设计技术领域;防撞防爬梁采用弧拱外形结构,包括第一立板、第二立板、边缘板、封板、防爬肋条和加强连接板,所述第一立板前后两侧分别设置边缘板,左右两侧分别设置封板,所述第二立板设置于第一立板、边缘板和封板围成的槽内,且边缘板的上侧高于第二立板,所述防爬肋条设置于第二立板外表面,所述第一立板、边缘板和第二立板围成的空腔内设置多块加强连接板,且相邻两块加强连接板呈三角形设置,所述边缘板上开设去重孔,所述去重孔呈三角形,且去重孔的每个转角处圆滑过渡;本发明重量轻、强度高,可承受多角度高速撞击,且在撞击发生时能最大限度防止列车爬跳。
