The invention discloses a high-speed train workshop cavity jet flow noise reduction system which comprises an air baffle, noise reduction devices are arranged at the two ends of the air baffle, each noise reduction device comprises a flow guide plate vertically arranged outside the two ends of the air baffle in a sleeving mode, and flow limiting plates are arranged between the flow guide plates and the end walls of carriages at the corresponding ends. A gap is formed between the flow guide plate and the end wall of the carriage through the flow limiting plate, a plurality of flow guide units are evenly distributed on the flow guide plate, each flow guide unit comprises a flow guide channel arranged in the flow guide plate, and an air suction hole communicated with the flow guide channel is horizontally formed in the face, right facing the gap, of the flow guide plate. Two jet flow holes which are symmetrically distributed up and down and are communicated with the flow guide channel are horizontally formed in one surface, back to the gap, of the flow guide plate; and a light plastic ball is movably arranged in the flow guide channel. The jet flow noise reduction system for the high-speed train workshop cavity is installed at the position of the high-speed train workshop cavity, and noise of the high-speed train workshop cavity can be effectively reduced from the noise source under the condition that new power is not increased.
本发明公开了一种高速列车车间空腔射流降噪系统,包括风档,在风档的两端均设有降噪装置,降噪装置包括竖直套设于风档的两端外部的导流板,在导流板与相应端的车厢的端壁之间均设有限流板,通过限流板在导流板与车厢的端壁之间形成间隙,在导流板上均匀分布有多个导流单元,导流单元包括设于导流板内的导流通道,在导流板正对着间隙的一面水平设有一个与导流通道相通的吸气孔,在导流板背对着间隙的一面水平设有两个呈上下对称分布且均与导流通道相通的射流孔,在导流通道内活动设有轻质塑料球。本发明提供的高速列车车间空腔射流降噪系统,安装于高速列车车间空腔处,能够在不增加新动力的条件下,从噪声源头有效降低高速列车车间空腔噪声。
