The commercial double-crane battery replacing system comprises a battery replacing station bin body and a parking platform located in the middle of the battery replacing station bin body, the parking platform is a battery replacing area of a battery replacing vehicle, and the battery replacing station bin bodies on the two sides of the parking platform are a battery bin I and a battery bin II correspondingly. The first battery bin and the second battery bin are used for charging the detached low-power batteries and storing fully-charged batteries to be replaced, a sliding rail is fixedly installed at the top of the battery replacing station bin body, and a traveling crane A and a traveling crane B corresponding to the first battery bin and the second battery bin respectively are erected on the sliding rail. The travelling crane A and the travelling crane B are used for moving fully-charged batteries in the corresponding battery compartment I and the corresponding battery compartment II to a battery replacing area for assembling, or disassembling an undercharged battery on a battery replacing vehicle in the battery replacing area and transferring the undercharged battery into the corresponding battery compartment I and the corresponding battery compartment II for charging; according to the battery replacing system, AB double-travelling-crane battery replacing is adopted, and double travelling cranes are synchronously carried out, so that the battery replacing period is shorter, and the operation efficiency is higher.

    本发明涉及一种商用双行车换电系统及其换电方法,包括换电站仓体和位于换电站仓体中部的停车平台,停车平台为换电车辆的换电区,停车平台两侧的换电站仓体分别为Ⅰ电池仓、Ⅱ电池仓,Ⅰ电池仓、Ⅱ电池仓用于为拆卸下来的亏电电池充电以及储存充满电待更换的满电电池,换电站仓体顶部固定安装滑动轨道,滑动轨道上架设分别与Ⅰ电池仓、Ⅱ电池仓对应的A行车、B行车,A行车、B行车用于将对应Ⅰ电池仓、Ⅱ电池仓内的满电电池移动至换电区进行装配,或者将换电区换电车辆上亏电电池拆卸下来并转运至对应Ⅰ电池仓、Ⅱ电池仓内进行充电;该换电系统采用了AB双行车换电,双行车同步进行使换电周期更短、运营效率更高。
