The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, in particular to an anti-adhesion method and device of a relay, a charging pile, an electric vehicle and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a current voltage value of a storage battery sent when the charging of the electric vehicle is finished; the charging voltage of the charging pile is adjusted to the current voltage value of the storage battery, and a first preset message is generated after the charging voltage of the charging pile is adjusted; the first preset message is sent to the electric vehicle, and after the electric vehicle receives the first preset message, a relay of a charging loop on the electric vehicle is disconnected. Therefore, the problems of potential safety hazards, safety accidents and the like caused by adhesion of the relay are solved.
