The embodiment of the invention provides a charging control method and system, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, relates to the technical field of charging in the running process of an electric vehicle, and aims to solve the problem that the electric energy transmission effect of a to-be-charged vehicle and a charged vehicle is poor. The charging control method is applied to a charging server. The method comprises the following steps: receiving charging request information of a to-be-charged vehicle; the charging request information comprises first response time of the to-be-charged vehicle, and the first response time represents the time from the time when the to-be-charged vehicle receives a driving instruction to the time when the to-be-charged vehicle executes the driving instruction; in response to the charging request information, obtaining second response time of at least one available charging vehicle; the second response time represents the time from the time when the available charging vehicle receives the driving instruction to the time when the driving instruction is executed; determining the available charging vehicle of which the second response time is matched with the first response time as a target charging vehicle; and the target charging vehicle and the to-be-charged vehicle are controlled to be charged in the running process.
