The invention discloses a fuel cell vehicle fault monitoring method and system, a server and a medium. Comprising the following steps: acquiring fault attribute information; according to a fault code in the fault attribute information, calling a fault database to obtain a fault level corresponding to the fault code; the fault database at least comprises a fault code and a fault index corresponding to the fault code; the fault index comprises a fault level and a fault probability; when it is judged that the fault level corresponding to the fault code is larger than or equal to a first threshold value, the fault probability corresponding to the fault code is obtained; when it is judged that the fault probability corresponding to the fault code is larger than or equal to a second threshold value, a fault influence factor is obtained; and adding the fault code, the fault occurrence time corresponding to the fault code and the fault influence factor to a fault information statistical database. Therefore, the fault information statistical database has the actual fault data of the vehicle, so that the fault analysis result can be guided more accurately during the subsequent troubleshooting of the vehicle fault.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池汽车故障监测方法、系统、服务端及介质。包括以下步骤:获取故障属性信息;根据故障属性信息中的故障代码,调用故障数据库,得到与故障代码对应的故障级别;故障数据库至少包括:故障代码,以及与故障代码对应的故障指标;故障指标包括:故障级别和故障概率;判断与故障代码对应的故障级别大于或者等于第一阈值时,获取与故障代码对应的故障概率;判断与故障代码对应的故障概率大于或者等于第二阈值时,获取故障影响因子;将故障代码、与故障代码对应的故障发生时间和故障影响因子添加至故障信息统计数据库。使得故障信息统计数据库中具备车辆实际故障数据,以便后续在排查车辆故障时能够更准确地指导故障分析结果。
