The invention discloses a multi-signal lamp control method and system for lane capacity difference, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the modeling of the key information of an intersection based on an improved maximum pressure method, and defining the environment of the intersection and the pressure of the dual perception of brand new lane capacity and average vehicle speed; designing the action and phase duration of the adjacent intersections according to the modeled information; on the basis, designing three elements of reinforcement learning: state, action and reward; a Nature Deep Q Network reinforcement learning algorithm of a double-Q network structure is used for the intelligent agent of each intersection, and according to the real-time environment of the intersection, the signal phase and the phase duration are dynamically controlled. Based on accurate modeling of key information of heterogeneous intersections and concise setting of reinforcement learning elements, the control strategy can be well achieved, and therefore the average passing time of vehicles in the heterogeneous road network is shortened to the maximum extent.

    本发明公开了一种面向车道容量差异的多信号灯控制方法及系统,基于改进的最大压力法对交叉口关键信息进行建模,定义交叉口环境及全新的车道容量、平均车速双重感知的压力;根据所建模的信息设计相邻交叉口作用和相位持续时间;在此基础上,设计强化学习三要素:状态、动作和奖励;对每个交叉口的智能体使用双Q网络结构的Nature Deep Q Network强化学习算法,根据交叉口的实时环境,动态控制信号相位及相位持续时间。基于异构交叉口关键信息的精确建模和强化学习元素的简洁设置,本发明能够较好的实现控制策略,从而最大限度地减少异构路网内车辆的平均通行时间。
