The invention provides a method for setting a directional special lane of a freight transport channel based on OD data. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a road section of the freight transport channel meets the requirement of setting the directional special lane or not; generating an OD database based on the traffic volume OD survey data, the charging data and the checkpoint data; establishing an oriented special lane delay optimization model of the collection and distribution freight transport channel, and inputting OD flow data to obtain a result of whether the oriented special lanes of different OD pairs are set or not; judging whether a time-limited directional special lane is set or not based on the time non-uniform coefficient, and judging whether a tidal directional special lane is set or not based on the critical direction distribution coefficient; and giving a special directional lane setting scheme. According to the method, the defects that the service level of an existing collection and distribution freight channel is low, a lane function management and control scheme is imperfect, and the application scene of the directional special lane is limited to an urban common road network are overcome, the layout scheme of the directional special lane is given from the overall perspective, and the system is more comprehensive.

    本发明提供了一种基于OD数据的集疏运货运通道定向专用车道设置方法,包括:判断集疏运货运通道路段是否满足定向专用车道设置的要求;基于交通出行量OD调查数据、收费数据和卡口数据,生成的OD数据库;建立集疏运货运通道定向专用车道延误优化模型,输入OD流量数据,得到不同OD对的定向专用车道设置与否的结果;基于时间不均匀系数判断是否设置为限时定向专用车道,基于临界方向分布系数判断是否设置为潮汐定向专用车道;给出定向专用车道设置方案。本发明克服了现有集疏运货运通道服务水平较低、车道功能管控方案不完善、定向专用车道应用场景局限于城市普通路网的缺点,从整体的角度给出了定向专用车道的布局方案,更加系统全面。
