    本发明提出了一种铁矿副井多绳摩擦式提升装置及装配方法,涉及提升装置的技术领域,包括多条牵引绳,还包括牵引检测机构和报警装置,所述的牵引检测机构包括基座、检测杆,所述基座沿长度方向开设有多个安装槽,多个所述安装槽内均铰接有所述的检测杆,多个所述检测杆远离安装槽的一端分别抵靠在多条所述牵引绳上,所述安装槽内安装有压力开关,且所述检测杆压在所述压力开关的控制端,所述压力开关连接所述的报警装置;本发明在原有多绳摩擦式提升装置的基础上,通过增设的牵引检测机构实时监测每根牵引绳的工作状态,在牵引绳工作状态异常时通过设置的报警装置及时提醒作业人员检修或告知使用人员注意安全,进而保证生产安全。
