The liquid accumulator integrated with the surface tension storage tank shell comprises a lower shell, a supplementing opening, a liquid outlet, a screen assembly and a middle partition assembly, the supplementing opening and the liquid outlet are connected with the bottom of the lower shell, the middle partition assembly is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the lower shell, one end of the screen assembly is connected with the middle partition assembly, and the other end of the screen assembly is connected with the liquid outlet. The other end of the screen assembly is communicated with the liquid outlet; the middle partition assembly comprises a partition plate, an air guide pipe and a flow guide assembly, a round hole is formed in the center of the partition plate, the partition plate is fixed to the inner wall of the peripheral side of the lower shell, the flow guide assembly is arranged on the partition plate, one end of the air guide pipe is arranged in an included angle area between the partition plate and the lower shell, the other end of the air guide pipe penetrates out of the round hole, and the penetrating-out height is flush with the highest position of the partition plate. Liquid on the upper side and the lower side of the partition plate can penetrate through the central round hole to move freely, and compared with a traditional closed liquid accumulator structure, huge impact load caused by incompressibility of the liquid to the structure is reduced, and the mechanical resistance of the liquid accumulator is enhanced.

    本发明提供了一种与表面张力贮箱壳体集成的蓄液器,包括下壳体、补加口、出液口、筛网组件以及中隔组件,补加口和出液口分别与下壳体的底部连接,中隔组件固定设置在下壳体的内壁上,筛网组件的一端与中隔组件连接,筛网组件的另一端与出液口连通;中隔组件包括隔板、导气管以及导流组件,隔板的中央开设有圆孔,隔板固定在下壳体周侧的内壁上,导流组件设置在隔板上,导气管的一端设置在隔板与下壳体之间的夹角区域,导气管的另一端从圆孔穿出,穿出的高度与隔板的最高处平齐。隔板上下两侧的液体可以穿过中央圆孔自由运动,相比于传统封闭式蓄液器结构,降低了由于液体的不可压缩性给结构带来的巨大冲击载荷,增强蓄液器的抗力学性能。
