The invention belongs to the field of aircraft design, and relates to a control system of a buffer strut device, which comprises a buffer strut provided with a piston, and the piston divides the interior of the buffer strut into a rod cavity and a rodless cavity. The control system comprises a pressure accumulator which is connected with the rodless cavity of the buffer supporting column or arranged in the rodless cavity; the first throttling valve is abandoned to be arranged on the hydraulic pipeline between the rodless cavity and the pressure accumulator; and the hydraulic pipeline switching device is constructed to be capable of switching between two states that the pressure accumulator is communicated with the rodless cavity and the pressure accumulator is disconnected from the rodless cavity, and also capable of switching between three states that the rod cavity is communicated with the hydraulic source, the rodless cavity is communicated with the hydraulic source, and the rod cavity and the rodless cavity are not communicated with the hydraulic source. The invention further relates to a buffer strut device comprising the control system. According to the structure, the space required for accommodating the undercarriage can be reduced, and the maintenance work can be reduced.
