The invention discloses a design method for ship piping system construction, and relates to the technical field of ship construction, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, data acquisition: firstly, obtaining precise parameters of each aspect of a ship, confirming different materials required by each aspect, and recording the different materials; and 2, building a model, generating the model according to the obtained precise parameters by utilizing a model production unit, and then obtaining data of the pipeline according to the obtained precise parameters of the ship. The system is reasonable in structure, the ship structure can be subjected to equal-proportion small construction after related ship parameters are obtained, then related pipeline arrangement is designed according to the ship parameters, then detection is directly conducted through an equal-proportion reduced model, the needed cost is reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, whether the designed pipeline seems to be used for the corresponding interval or not can be judged according to the condition of an equal-proportion reduction model experiment, the problem possibly occurring during long-time use can be judged, and the safety performance is higher.

    本发明公开了一种船舶管系建造的设计方法,涉及到船舶建造技术领域,包括以下步骤:步骤一,数据获取,先获取船舶各方面的精准参数,确认各方面所需要的不同材质,对其进行记录;步骤二,建造模型,利用模型生产单元来根据获取的精准参数生成模型,然后根据所获取的船舶精准参数获取管道的数据。本发明结构合理,能够获取相关的船舶参数后对船舶结构进行等比例小型构造,然后再通过船舶的参数设计相关的管道排布,然后直接通过等比例缩小的模型进行检测,缩小了所需的成本,同时还能够通过等比例缩小的模型实验时的情况判定所设计的管道是否似乎用于相应的区间,以及在长时间使用时可能会发生的问题,安全性能更强。
