The invention discloses an inductive coupling plastic-coated steel cable for a deep sea buoy and performance test equipment and a test method thereof. The inductive coupling plastic-coated steel cable comprises a steel cable inner core; the plastic-coated insulating layer is coated on the outer surface of the steel wire rope inner core; the fiber braid layer is coated on the outer surface of the plastic-coated insulating layer; the plastic-coated protective layer is coated on the outer surface of the fiber braid layer; wherein the steel wire rope inner core is formed by mixed twisting, and the structure of the steel wire rope inner core is 3 * 19; the steel wire rope inner core is formed by twisting three steel wire strands, and the twisting direction of each steel wire strand is opposite to that of the steel wire rope inner core; wherein the thickness of the plastic-coated insulating layer is 1-3mm, the thickness of the fiber braid layer is 0.2-0.7 mm, and the thickness of the plastic-coated protective layer is 0.6-1.5 mm. The wear resistance and the cutting resistance of the inductive coupling plastic-coated steel cable are greatly improved, the probability that the inductive coupling plastic-coated steel cable is cut by a fishing line and a lifting hook which move at a high speed during fishing operation is greatly reduced, and the probability of short-circuit accidents of the inductive coupling plastic-coated steel cable is reduced.

    本发明公开了用于深海浮标的感应耦合包塑钢缆及其性能测试设备、测试方法。感应耦合包塑钢缆包括:钢丝绳内芯;包塑绝缘层,包覆在钢丝绳内芯的外表面;纤维织带层,包覆在包塑绝缘层的外表面上;包塑保护层,包覆在纤维织带层的外表面上;其中,钢丝绳内芯为混合捻制,钢丝绳内芯的结构为3×19;钢丝绳内芯由三个钢丝股捻制而成,每个钢丝股的捻向与钢丝绳内芯的捻向相反;其中,包塑绝缘层的厚度为1~3mm,纤维织带层的厚度为0.2~0.7mm,包塑保护层的厚度为0.6~1.5mm。感应耦合包塑钢缆的耐磨性和耐切割性大幅提升,被捕鱼作业时高速移动的钓线和吊钩割伤的概率大幅下降,降低了感应耦合包塑钢缆短路事故的发生概率。
