The invention discloses a wall-climbing cleaning robot applied to the wall surface of a wind power tower, and relates to the technical field of specialized robots, in particular to the wall-climbing cleaning robot applied to the wall surface of the wind power tower. The cleaning robot comprises a robot frame, a crawler belt mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a liquid spraying device. Crawler mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the robot frame and serve as walking mechanisms of the robot frame; a spraying device is arranged at the bottom of the robot frame, is connected with an external water supply system and sprays the wall surface of the tower drum; and a cleaning mechanism is hinged and dragged at the rear part of the robot frame and is used for cleaning the wall surface of the tower drum sprayed with water. According to the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, a wall-climbing cleaning robot cannot adapt to a curved surface, a track mechanism difficultly crosses obstacles, and a traditional cleaning mechanism is low in curved surface operation cleaning efficiency are solved.
本发明应用于风电塔筒壁面的爬壁清洗机器人,涉及特种机器人技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于风电塔筒壁面的爬壁清洗机器人。本发明包括:机器人框架、履带机构、清洗机构和喷液装置;机器人框架的两侧对称装置有履带机构,作为机器人框架的走行机构;机器人框架的底部设置有喷淋装置,喷淋装置与外部供水系统相连接,对塔筒壁面进行喷淋;机器人框架的后部铰装拖行有清洗机构,对喷过水的塔筒壁面进行清洗。本发明的技术方案解决了现有技术中的爬壁清洗机器人不能适应曲面、履带机构难以越障以及传统清洗机构在曲面作业清洗效率低的问题。
