The system A and the system B compare the decoding result of the system with the decoding result of the other system to determine whether the decoding result of the system is in the same or degraded state, and if not, 1 is added to the counting period of degradation switching. When the counting period of the degradation switching is greater than the threshold period, closing the dynamic output power supply of the system; when the dynamic output power supply of the working system is turned off and the dynamic output power supply of the standby system is turned on, the connecting plate switches the standby system and the working system through the switching circuit, and the locomotive signal equipment outputs a safe side, so that the driving safety is guaranteed.
