The invention discloses a low-voltage energy management method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring residual available power, a first dynamic regulation sequence and a second dynamic regulation sequence of the low-voltage power supply system under a target working condition, and sequentially carrying out power regulation on a plurality of functions according to the first dynamic regulation sequence under the condition that the residual available power is smaller than a first preset threshold value, when the remaining available power is larger than a second preset threshold value or the power of the multiple functions is adjusted, the number of times of power adjustment of each function is not more than one, and when the power of the multiple functions is adjusted and the remaining available power is not larger than the second preset threshold value, the power of the multiple functions is adjusted. And sequentially performing on-off state adjustment on the plurality of functions according to the second dynamic adjustment sequence until the residual available power is greater than a second preset threshold value or the on-off states of the plurality of functions are adjusted. According to the embodiment of the invention, the method can meet the actual demands of a user, and improves the user experience.
