The invention relates to a state monitoring and fault diagnosis system and method for an unattended photovoltaic power plant. The system comprises a state monitoring module, an unmanned aerial vehicle module, a data preprocessing module, a fault diagnosis module and a fault isolation module. The state monitoring module acquires power data of each micro-inverter, calculates a field theoretical power value based on a power model of the photovoltaic module, compares the theoretical power with the actual power, and gives an early warning if the difference value exceeds a preset threshold value; the unmanned aerial vehicle module obtains coordinates of the micro-inverter at the early warning position and collects a thermal image of the photovoltaic module corresponding to the target micro-inverter; the fault diagnosis module carries out fusion diagnosis based on the thermal image and the electric energy index of the micro-inverter to obtain a qualitative result; and the fault isolation module is used for executing component-level turn-off on the micro-inverter. Compared with the prior art, the method has the technical advantages of being wide in diagnosis range, high in positioning capacity, high in safety and low in human intervention requirement.

    本发明涉及一种无人值守光伏电厂的状态监测及故障诊断系统及方法,其中系统包括状态监测模块、无人机模块、数据预处理模块、故障诊断模块、故障隔离模块;状态监测模块获取各个微逆变器的功率数据,并基于光伏模块的功率模型计算得到现场理论功率值,将理论功率与实际功率进行对比,若差值超过预设阈值则发生预警;无人机模块获取预警位置微逆变器的坐标,并采集目标微逆变器对应光伏模块的热图像;故障诊断模块基于热图像和微逆变器电能指标进行融合诊断,得到定性结果;故障隔离模块,对微逆变器执行组件级关断。与现有技术相比,本发明具有诊断范围广、定位能力强、安全性高、人为干预要求低的技术优势。
