A roadside parking abnormal shielding determination method and system belong to the field of intelligent transportation, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the vehicle starting and stopping detection based on an image, and determining a to-be-determined vehicle; determining the parking type of the target road section to determine the type of the target road section; determining a fixed shielding target and a dynamic shielding target; a fixed shielding target and a dynamic shielding target are used as detection directions, abnormal shielding detection is carried out on the to-be-judged vehicle based on the type of a target road section, a target recognition result is obtained, and detection requirements of a pause road section, a long-stop road section and a no-stop road section are different; and performing side parking management on the to-be-judged vehicle based on the target identification result. The technical problems that in the prior art, parking efficiency is low, and parking potential safety hazards are large are solved, and the technical effect of improving roadside parking efficiency and safety is achieved.

    一种路侧停车异常遮挡的判定方法及系统,属于智能交通领域,其中包括:基于图像进行车辆启停检测,确定待判定车辆;对目标路段进行停车类型判定,确定目标路段类型;确定固定遮挡目标与动态遮挡目标;将固定遮挡目标与动态遮挡目标作为检测方向,基于目标路段类型对所述待判定车辆进行异常遮挡检测,获取目标识别结果,其中,暂停路段、长停路段与禁停路段的检测需求不同;基于所述目标识别结果,对所述待判定车辆进行侧停管理。本申请解决了现有技术中停车效率低下,停车安全隐患大的技术问题,达到了提高路侧停的效率和安全性的技术效果。
