The invention discloses an aircraft pipeline assembly laser positioning device and a positioning method.The device comprises a supporting bracket, a positioning template, an inclination angle adjusting block, a laser emitting assembly and a target, the supporting bracket is provided with a connecting end, the positioning template is detachably connected to the connecting end, and the connecting position of the positioning template and the connecting end is adjustable; the positioning template is used for being matched with an aircraft structure frame, the inclination angle adjusting block is detachably connected to the supporting bracket, the connecting position of the inclination angle adjusting block and the supporting bracket is adjustable, the top face of the inclination angle adjusting block is an inclined face, and the laser emitting assembly is detachably connected to the top face of the inclination angle adjusting block. The relative connection angle of the laser emission assembly and the inclination angle adjusting block is adjustable, and the target is installed on an interface of an airplane pipeline part and used for receiving laser beams emitted by the laser emission assembly so as to form positioning stripes through projection. The device has the advantages that non-contact positioning can be achieved, and the assembly precision and the assembly efficiency of the aircraft pipeline parts are improved.

    本申请公开了一种飞机管路装配激光定位装置及定位方法,装置包括支撑支架、定位型板、倾角调节块、激光发射组件和靶标,支撑支架上设有连接端,定位型板可拆卸连接于连接端,且定位型板与连接端的连接位置可调,定位型板用于和飞机结构框进行配合,倾角调节块可拆卸连接于支撑支架上,且倾角调节块与支撑支架的连接位置可调,倾角调节块的顶面为斜面,激光发射组件可拆卸连接于倾角调节块的顶面,且激光发射组件与倾角调节块连接的相对角度可调,靶标安装于飞机管路零件的接口上,靶标用于接收激光发射组件发射的激光束,以投影形成定位条纹,本申请具有可实现无接触式定位、提高了飞机管路零件的装配精度和装配效率的优点。
