The device comprises a latticed column, a lifting ring, a spacer ring and a lifting device, the hanging ring and the spacing rings are sequentially connected from top to bottom, and a plurality of strip-shaped holes in one-to-one correspondence are formed in the hanging ring and the spacing rings in the circumferential direction and used for allowing main ribs to penetrate through; the hanging ring and the spacing rings can move in the length direction of the latticed column; the lifting device is connected with the lifting ring through a lifting steel wire rope, and the lifting ring can stably move in the length direction of the latticed column under driving of the lifting device. Compared with a traditional technology that an operator needs to descend into a foundation pit to conduct binding, the integrated device can conduct binding at the pit opening, binding is conducted one by one, the operator does not need to descend into the pit to conduct operation, potential safety hazards caused by operation in the pit are avoided, and meanwhile the binding operation efficiency and quality are improved.
本发明公开了一种钢筋笼绑扎下放一体化装置及其操作方法,本发明属于输电线路施工技术领域。该装置包括格构柱、吊环、间隔环和起吊装置;吊环和若干间隔环从上至下依次连接,吊环和若干所述间隔环上沿周向设置有若干一一对应的条形孔,用于穿过主筋;所述吊环和若干所述间隔环能够沿所述格构柱长度方向移动;所述起吊装置通过起吊钢丝绳与所述吊环连接,所述吊环在所述起吊装置的驱动下能够沿所述格构柱长度方向平稳移动。相较于传统需要操作人员下到基坑坑内进行绑扎的技术,本发明提出的一体化装置可实现在坑口进行绑扎,且绑扎一段下放一段,无需操作人员下到坑内进行操作,避免了坑内操作导致的安全隐患,同时提高了绑扎操作的效率和质量。
