The connecting rod type lifting mechanism comprises a mounting seat, a servo motor, a speed reducer and a lifting platform, and the speed reducer and the lifting platform are connected through a plurality of connecting rod mechanisms; the connecting rod mechanisms are connected through a transmission case; the mounting seat is fixed on a horizontal mounting surface through a bolt, the speed reducer is fixedly mounted in a reserved mounting groove of the mounting seat through a bolt, the output end of the speed reducer is mounted in a reserved mounting groove of the lower connecting rod through a bolt and connected with the lower connecting rod, and the servo motor is mounted on the mounting seat through a bolt; and the output end of the motor is in transmission with the speed reducer through a gear to provide power for the whole structure. The device is simple in structural design, low in manufacturing cost, small in occupied space, flexible and convenient to install and capable of being used on small machines.

    本发明涉及一种连杆式举升机构,包括安装座、伺服电机、减速器、举升平台,减速器和举升平台间通过多个连杆机构连接;连杆机构间通过传动箱连接;所述安装座通过螺栓固定在水平安装面上,减速器通过螺栓安装在安装座的预留安装槽内固定,减速器的输出端通过螺栓安装在下连杆的预留安装槽内与下连杆连接,伺服电机通过螺栓安装在安装座上,其输出端与减速器通过齿轮进行传动,为整个结构提供动力。本发明结构设计简单、制造成本低,占用空间也较小,安装方式灵活、方便,可在小型机械上进行使用。
