The invention discloses a control method for a multi-oil-cylinder hydraulic jacking system of a tower crane, which is characterized in that eight oil cylinders are arranged on the front side and the rear side of a jacking cross beam of the tower crane, the eight oil cylinders are respectively arranged at four corners of a sleeve frame, and two oil cylinders arranged at each corner of the sleeve frame are used as an oil cylinder group; the method specifically comprises the steps that each oil cylinder set is provided with a pull rope displacement sensor, the stroke of each oil cylinder is detected in real time, the opening degree of an oil supply proportional valve of each oil cylinder set is adjusted through a PID module, and synchronous jacking of multiple oil cylinders is achieved according to the stroke of a target oil cylinder set and following and dynamic deviation correction of other oil cylinder sets. The stroke of the oil cylinder group, the pressure of the oil cylinder, the oil temperature, the stress of the sleeve frame and the positions of the cross beam and the supporting rod are detected in real time, and when any one of the conditions that the synchronous deviation of the oil cylinder group exceeds the limit, the oil pressure exceeds the limit, the oil temperature exceeds the limit, the stress deviation of the sleeve frame exceeds the limit or the positions of the cross beam and the supporting rod do not conform to the current action occurs, a sound-light alarm is given and jacking is stopped. Jacking synchronism of multiple oil cylinders can be ensured; and meanwhile, various operation modes of the jacking system can be realized, so that various working condition requirements in jacking operation are met.

    本发明公开了一种塔机多油缸液压顶升系统控制方法,顶升系统在塔机顶升横梁前后侧布置有8个油缸,8个油缸分别布置在套架的四个角处,以套架每个角布置的2个油缸作为油缸组;方法具体为:每个油缸组安装拉绳位移传感器,实时检测油缸行程,通过PID模块调节各油缸组供油比例阀开度,根据目标油缸组行程,其他油缸组跟随,动态纠偏,实现多油缸同步顶升;实时检测油缸组行程、油缸压力、油温、套架受力、横梁及撑杆的位置,当油缸组同步偏差超限、油压超限、油温超限、套架受力偏差超限或横梁及撑杆位置与当前动作不符任一情况出现时发出声光报警并停止顶升。本发明能够确保多油缸的顶升同步性;同时本发明还能够实现顶升系统的多种运行模式,进而满足顶升作业中的各种工况需求。
