The invention provides a safety detection method and system in the lifting process of a large-span welded ball steel net rack, and belongs to the technical field of engineering detection.The method comprises the steps that a simulation deformation value and a simulation stress value of the large-span welded ball steel net rack in the lifting process are calculated; monitoring points are arranged on the large-span welded ball steel net rack; if the field sight line opening degree is larger than the preset sight line opening degree, a total station measurement method is selected to calculate the elevation value of each monitoring point when the steel truss is lifted to different heights; otherwise, obtaining the lifting heights of all monitoring points of the steel truss by adopting a range finder measurement method; calculating each deformation index, and judging whether each deformation index exceeds a corresponding deformation early warning value or not; obtaining a stress change value by combining the strain value obtained by the strain gauge with the elastic modulus of the steel material; when the stress change value exceeds the stress change early warning value, the steel truss is locally unloaded; the overall safety performance information is acquired in all directions, and the construction safety coefficient is improved.

    本发明提供了一种大跨度焊接球钢网架提升过程中的安全检测方法及系统,属于工程检测技术领域,方法包括:计算大跨度焊接球钢网架在提升过程中的模拟变形值和模拟应力值;在大跨度焊接球钢网架上布设监测点;若现场视线开阔度大于预设视线开阔度,则选择全站仪测量法计算钢网架提升至不同高度时各监测点的高程值;否则,采用测距仪测量法获取钢网架所有监测点的提升高度;计算各项变形指标,并判断各项变形指标是否超过对应的变形预警值;通过应变片获取的应变值,结合钢材质的弹性模量,获取应力变化值;当应力变化值超过应力变化预警值,则对钢网架进行局部卸载;本发明全方位地获取整体安全性能信息,提高施工安全系数。
