The invention discloses a method for controlling dynamic balance of load in the whole jacking process of a tower crane, which is executed by a main controller and comprises the following steps of: S1, putting a standard section in place to an introduction device; s2, acquiring a current output torque value I at the joint of the top of the tower body and the upper structure; s3, judging whether the current torque value I is smaller than or equal to an allowable value or not, and jacking to a specified position if the current torque value I is smaller than the allowable value; s4, acquiring a current moment value II at the joint of the climbing frame and the upper structure; and S5, judging whether the current torque value II is smaller than or equal to an allowable value, if so, judging whether the standard section is introduced in place, if so, enabling the jacking oil cylinder to act, enabling the upper structure to fall in place, and completing the jacking process. The invention further discloses a control system for dynamic load balance in the whole jacking process of the tower crane. A plurality of pin shaft sensor groups are adopted to output loads in real time in the whole jacking process of the tower crane and adjust the loads, so that dynamic balancing control in the whole jacking process is realized.

    本发明公开了一种塔机顶升全过程载荷动态平衡的控制方法,由主控制器执行,所述方法包括:S1、将标节就位至引进装置;S2、获取塔身顶部与上部结构连接处的当前输出力矩值一;S3、判断当前力矩值一是否小于等于许用值,若小于许用值,顶升到指定位置;S4、获取爬升架与上部结构连接处的当前力矩值二;S5、判断当前力矩值二是否小于等于许用值,若小于许用值判断标节是否引进到位,若到位顶升油缸动作,上部结构下落到位,完成顶升过程。本发明还公开了一种塔机顶升全过程载荷动态平衡的控制系统。本申请采用多组销轴传感器组,对塔机顶升全过程载荷实时输出并进行调节,实现顶升全过程动态配平控制。
