The invention discloses an intelligent operation configuration method for an aluminum ingot storage yard, which is applied to a casting workshop and the aluminum ingot storage yard, and the casting workshop comprises an off-line area and a forklift charging area; the aluminum ingot storage yard comprises a cache area, a delivery area, a loading area and a stockpiling area. Through intelligent operation control of a forklift in an offline area, a forklift charging area, a cache area, a delivery area, a loading area and a stockpiling area, the whole process that aluminum ingots are offline from an aluminum ingot casting machine production line of a casting workshop to an aluminum ingot storage yard to be stockpiled and the stockpiled aluminum ingots are loaded and transported outwards is achieved. Unpiloted AGV forklifts are adopted for off-line, transfer, stockpiling and loading operation of the aluminum ingots, drivers are not needed, only part of control and inspection personnel are needed, and the operation cost is reduced. 24-hour continuous operation can be achieved, the operation efficiency of an aluminum ingot storage yard is improved, and compared with a traditional fuel forklift, the forklift is more environmentally friendly and saves more energy.
本发明公开一种铝锭堆场智能作业配置方法,应用于铸造车间和铝锭堆场,铸造车间包括:下线区和叉车充电区;铝锭堆场包括:缓存区、发货区、装车区和堆存区;通过对叉车在下线区、叉车充电区、缓存区、发货区、装车区和堆存区的智能作业控制实现铝锭从铸造车间的铝锭铸造机生产线下线至铝锭堆场内进行堆存,并将堆存铝锭装车外运的全过程。铝锭的下线、转运、堆存及装车作业均采用无人驾驶的AGV叉车,无需驾驶人员,仅需部分控制及巡检人员,降低运营成本。可实现24小时连续作业,提高了铝锭堆场的作业效率,较传统的燃油叉车更加环保节能。
