The invention discloses a large foldable multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle mechanism which structurally comprises regular hexagonal frames, a rectangular frame and shear forks connected with the regular hexagonal frames, and the unmanned aerial vehicle mechanism is mainly formed by hinging the frames. And each designed frame adopts a hollow design, so that the weight can be reduced as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the performance. The length of the long side of the rectangular frame influences the folding and unfolding rate and the mechanism size, and a rotor wing and a brushless motor are arranged in the vertex regular hexagon frame. The structure is high in volume utilization rate and light in weight; during folding, the rotor wings are folded towards the center, only revolute pairs exist, jamming is not prone to occurring, the folding and stretching movement process is stable, and folding and stretching can be completed in the air; a one-circle structure can be expanded into a two-circle structure and a three-circle structure, and the one-circle unmanned aerial vehicle mechanism, the two-circle unmanned aerial vehicle mechanism and the three-circle unmanned aerial vehicle mechanism only have one degree of freedom and can be stably unfolded in the flight process.

    本发明公开了一种大型可折展多旋翼无人机机构,本发明结构包括正六边形框、矩形框和连接每个正六边形框的剪叉,无人机机构主要由各框相互铰接而成。设计的各个框采用中空设计,能在保证性能的前提下尽量减小重量。矩形框长边的长度影响着折展率和机构尺寸,顶点正六边形框内设置有旋翼和无刷电机。本发明结构体积利用率高,重量轻;折叠时,旋翼向中心收拢,仅存在转动副,不易发生卡死,折叠与伸展运动过程稳定,且可在空中完成折叠与伸展;一圈结构能够进行拓展为两圈和三圈结构,一圈、两圈和三圈的无人机机构都只有一个自由度,能够在飞行过程中实现稳定展开。
