An aerial wind power generation device includes: a drone unit including drone wings configured to move and hover the aerial wind power generation device, and a sensor unit configured to detect information for controlling the aerial wind power generation device; a buoyancy generating unit connected to the drone unit and including a side cover configured to be opened or closed and an airbag disposed inside the side cover, in which the buoyancy generating unit is configured to be capable of injecting gas into or releasing gas from the airbag; and a power generation unit connected to the buoyancy generation unit and including a rotation unit having a plurality of blades, a blade control unit adjusting a state of the blades, and a motor unit converting kinetic energy transmitted from the rotation unit into electric energy.
