The invention discloses a preparation method of a foldable/unfoldable honeycomb structure lunar cabin, which can meet the requirements of astronaut living, liquid delivery, pressure-resistant containers and the like of extraterrestrial stars. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out equal division marking, staggered connection and axial stretching on a planar annular sheet, and then gluing and curing at a specified position to obtain a foldable and telescopic hollow honeycomb structure; and the honeycomb surface resin coating is cured step by step, so that the structural shaping of the honeycomb-structure lunar cabin is realized. The invention provides a novel hollow honeycomb structure as a lunar cabin framework structure. The planar honeycomb structure has the advantages of low density, high pressure resistance and the like, is applied to anti-theft door interlayers, aviation aircrafts, corrugated boards and the like, and can cause honeycomb deformation when being bent, so that the stress performance of the honeycomb is seriously influenced. The novel hollow honeycomb structure has the advantages of a plane honeycomb, and the problem that the plane honeycomb is difficult to apply to a curved surface is solved.

    一种可折叠/展开的蜂窝结构月球舱的制备方法,可满足地外星体宇航员居住、液体输送与耐压容器等需求。本发明采用平面圆环形片材经过等分标记、错位连接、轴向拉伸,然后在指定位置上胶固化,得到可折叠伸缩的空心蜂窝结构;利用蜂窝表面树脂涂层分步固化,实现蜂窝结构月球舱的结构定型。本发明提出了一种新的空心蜂窝结构作为月球舱骨架结构。平面蜂窝结构具有密度小、耐压能力强等优点,应用于防盗门夹层、航空飞机、瓦楞纸板等,平面蜂窝弯曲时,会造成蜂窝变形,严重影响其受力性能。该新型空心蜂窝结构兼具了平面蜂窝的优点,还解决了平面蜂窝难以应用于曲面的问题。
