A positioning method for internal skeleton ribs of an airplane box section structure comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a first auxiliary process drill plate and a second auxiliary process drill plate for connecting each skeleton rib with a front beam and a rear beam according to a theoretical mathematical model of a connecting assembly of the skeleton ribs and the front beam and the rear beam, beam positioning hole sample plate holes and rib positioning hole sample plate holes; a drill jig hole of a beam positioning hole is formed in the first auxiliary process drill jig plate, and a drill jig hole of a rib positioning hole is formed in the second auxiliary process drill jig plate; beam positioning holes are formed in the side walls of beam vertical ribs of each front beam and each rear beam; rib positioning holes are formed in the two ends of each skeleton rib; rib positioning holes in the two ends of the framework ribs are connected and positioned with beam positioning holes in the side walls of the corresponding front beam vertical ribs and the corresponding rear beam vertical ribs through positioning pins, and rapid positioning of the framework ribs in the airplane box section structure is achieved.

    一种飞机盒段结构内部骨架肋的定位方法,根据骨架肋与前、后梁连接组件的理论数模及梁定位孔样板孔和肋定位孔样板孔,制作每一个骨架肋与前梁、后梁连接用的第一辅助工艺钻模板和第二辅助工艺钻模板,在第一辅助工艺钻模板上设有梁定位孔的钻模孔,第二辅助工艺钻模板上设有肋定位孔的钻模孔;在每个前、后梁的梁立筋侧壁上制作梁定位孔;在每个骨架肋的两端制作肋定位孔;通过定位销将骨架肋两端的肋定位孔与对应前、后梁立筋侧壁上的梁定位孔连接定位,实现飞机盒段结构内部骨架肋的快速定位。
