The invention discloses a body-in-white rear longitudinal beam integrated structure which comprises a left side longitudinal beam of a cast aluminum rear longitudinal beam and a lap joint edge of the cast aluminum rear longitudinal beam, the left side longitudinal beam of the cast aluminum rear longitudinal beam and the lap joint edge of the cast aluminum rear longitudinal beam are sequentially arranged from left to right, the body-in-white rear longitudinal beam is subjected to integrated die casting, the wall thickness of an aluminum casting can be changed, and the wall thickness of the aluminum casting can be changed. After integrated design, the weight of cast aluminum is 18.524 kg, compared with a sheet metal part in the prior art, the weight is reduced by 8.78 kg, the light weight reaches 32.16%, the strength and rigidity are improved compared with the sheet metal part, on the premise that the performance of a body in white is met, light weight of a vehicle body is facilitated, the requirement for the production takt of the whole vehicle is met, and the endurance mileage of the new energy vehicle can be increased.

    本发明公开了一种白车身后纵梁集成结构,它包括:铸铝后纵梁的左侧纵梁、铸铝后纵梁的搭接边、所述的铸铝后纵梁的左侧纵梁和铸铝后纵梁的搭接边由左至右依次设置,采用白车身后纵梁一体式压铸,铸铝件的壁厚可发生变化,集成设计后,铸铝的重量18.524kg,相对现有技术中的钣金件,重量减少了8.78kg,轻量化达到了32.16%,且强度和刚度相比钣金件都有提高,在满足白车身性能的前提下,利于车身的轻量化,满足了整车生产节拍要求,可提升新能源汽车续航里程。
