The invention discloses a variable cross-section modularized frame front beam structure and a frame of an extra-heavy vehicle, the frame front beam structure adopts an n-shaped variable cross-section structure with the front end of a front beam widened and the rear end of the front beam consistent with the width of a longitudinal beam of the frame, so that an engine radiator can be placed on the inner side of the frame and can be maintained and replaced from the lower part of the frame; and the maintainability of the vehicle is improved. And the radiator can be directly connected with an engine fan, so that a radiating pipeline and a radiating control system are simplified, and the production cost is reduced. According to the frame front beam structure, the height of a radiator can be reduced, the position of an engine is lowered accordingly, on one hand, larger space is provided for operation of a driver in a cab above and equipment installation, on the other hand, the position of the engine relative to a vehicle can be lowered, and the mass center of the whole vehicle is lowered; and the driving safety and stability of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种变截面、模块化车架前梁结构及超重型车辆的车架,所述车架前梁结构采用了“∏”型式、前梁前端加宽、前梁后端与车架纵梁宽度一致的变截面结构,可以实现发动机散热器放置在车架内侧,并能从车架下方进行维修更换,提高了车辆的维修性。散热器可以与发动机风扇直接连接,简化了散热管路及散热控制系统,降低了生产成本。本发明提供的车架前梁结构,可以使散热器可以降低高度,发动机位置随之降低,一方面为上方驾驶室内的驾驶员操作及设备安装提供了更大空间,另一方面可以使发动机相对于车的位置降低,车辆整体质心降低,提高了整车的行驶安全性及稳定性。
