The invention relates to an electric vehicle battery equalization method and system. The method comprises the following steps: when the electric vehicle is in a power-off state and a battery management system of the electric vehicle is in a battery inspection state, judging whether a condition for starting first battery equalization judgment is met at the current moment, and if the condition is met, determining a first single battery needing to be equalized in the electric vehicle; after the electric vehicle is powered on, the controller carries out battery charging and discharging equalization on the first single battery through the super capacitor. And when the electric vehicle is in a power-on state, the battery management system judges whether a condition for starting second battery equalization judgment is met at the current moment or not according to the state of each single battery every one hour, and if the condition is met, the second single battery needing equalization in the battery vehicle is determined and battery charge and discharge equalization is carried out. The safety of the battery system of the electric vehicle is effectively improved, the possibility that the battery management system misreports faults is reduced, and the battery of the electric vehicle is safer and more efficient to use.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车电池均衡方法及系统。该方法包括:在电动车辆处于下电状态且电动车辆的电池管理系统处于电池巡检状态时,判断当前时刻是否满足启动第一电池均衡判断的条件,若满足条件,则确定电动车辆中需要均衡的第一电池单体;在电动车辆上电后,控制器通过超级电容对第一电池单体进行电池充放电均衡。在电动车辆处于上电状态时,每间隔一小时,电池管理系统根据各电池单体状态,判断当前时刻是否满足启动第二电池均衡判断的条件,若满足条件,则确定电池车辆中需要均衡的第二电池单体并进行电池充放电均衡。本发明有效的提高了电动车辆电池系统的安全性,并且降低了电池管理系统误报故障的可能性,使电动车辆电池使用更安全更高效。
