The invention discloses an air traffic control command man-machine cooperation safety monitoring system and method, and the system comprises an AI supervisor unit which comprises a first supervision module and a second supervision module, and the first supervision module is used for carrying out the control efficiency evaluation of a controller based on the obtained physiological data of the current controller, and generating and presenting an efficiency evaluation result; the second supervision module is used for generating a machine decision scheme based on the current air traffic control situation data and outputting the machine decision scheme to the air traffic control command unit; and the air traffic control command unit is used for carrying out air traffic control command based on the currently set man-machine interaction mode in combination with the machine decision scheme and the decision scheme input by the controller. The system can evaluate the control efficiency of the controller according to the physiological data of the controller, guarantees the safety of the controller in the air traffic control command, provides a machine decision scheme based on the current air traffic control situation, sets a man-machine interaction mode to carry out the joint decision of the air traffic control command controller and AI, reduces the load of the controller, and improves the efficiency of the air traffic control command. And the participation degree of the machine is limited.

    本发明公开了一种空管指挥人机协同安全监控系统及方法,系统包括:AI监督员单元,包括:第一监督模块与第二监督模块,第一监督模块用于基于获取到的当前管制员生理数据对管制员进行管制效能评估,生成并呈现效能评估结果;第二监督模块用于基于当前空管态势数据生成机器决策方案,输出至空管指挥单元;空管指挥单元:用于基于当前设定的人机交互模式,结合机器决策方案与管制员输入的决策方案,进行空管指挥。本系统能够依据管制员生理数据对管制员进行管制效能评估,保证了管制员在空管指挥中的安全性,同时基于当前空管态势并提供机器决策方案,设定人机交互模式进行空管指挥管制员与AI共同决策,降低了管制员的负荷,限制了机器的参与度。
