The invention relates to a method and a system for predicting real-time residual electric quantity and residual mileage of a lead-acid battery. The method comprises the following steps: continuously acquiring a current signal, a voltage signal and a temperature signal of the battery; inputting the temperature signal into a first neural network model to obtain a temperature calibration coefficient; inputting the voltage signal into a second neural network model to obtain a voltage calibration coefficient; and according to a set judgment criterion, a first strategy or a second strategy is adopted to calculate the current residual electric quantity, the first strategy is used for calculation according to the temperature calibration coefficient, the first standard total capacity and the current, and the second strategy is used for calculation according to the voltage calibration coefficient, the second standard total capacity and the current. The calculation result is accurate, and the requirement for hardware is low. And the obtained mileage prediction result is accurate and high in efficiency. In addition, a local battery management module and a cloud management module are combined, data synchronization and calculation result correction are achieved, calculation errors can be corrected regularly, network parameters are updated, and a complete calculation model is automatically upgraded.

    本发明涉及一种铅酸电池实时剩余电量与剩余里程预测方法及系统,持续采集电池的电流信号、电压信号和温度信号;将温度信号输入第一神经网络模型,获得温度标定系数;将电压信号输入第二神经网络模型,获得电压标定系数;根据设定的判定准则,采用第一策略或第二策略计算当前剩余电量,第一策略为根据温度标定系数、第一标准总容量和电流进行计算,第二策略为根据电压标定系数、第二标准总容量和电流进行计算。本发明的计算结果准确,对硬件的要求低。基于此获得的里程预测结果准确,效率高。本发明还将本地电池管理模块与云端管理模块结合,实现数据同步和计算结果的修正,可定时修正计算误差,实现网络参数的更新,完整计算模型的自动升级。
