The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted seamless track steel rail three-dimensional displacement measurement method and device based on machine vision, and the device consists of a mark (1) on a steel rail, a mark (2) at a reference position outside a track, and a video calculation host (3) installed on a track vehicle. The video computing host (3) is formed by combining a spectroscope (4), a camera (5), a displacement computing unit (6) and a shell (7) with a damping support, the video computing host (3) is installed on the lower portion of the rail car, and the video computing host and the mark (1) and the mark (2) form an angle close to 90 degrees. The spectroscope (4) is installed in front of a lens of the camera (5), and the camera (5) can simultaneously shoot images of the mark (1) and the mark (2) through the spectroscope. The displacement calculation unit (6) calculates the relative position of the mark (1) and the mark (2) according to the image. The variation of the relative position of the mark (1) and the mark (2) measured at two different times is the three-dimensional displacement of the steel rail in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the two measurement time periods. Hardware cost caused by using multiple cameras to shoot marks in different directions in a distributed mode and system complexity caused by high-precision time synchronization shooting of the multiple cameras are avoided, and the system has the advantages of being simple in structure, small in size and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的车载式无缝线路钢轨三维位移测量方法及装置,由钢轨上的标识①、轨道外基准位置上的标识②、安装在轨道车上的视频计算主机③组成,视频计算主机③由分光镜④、摄像机⑤、位移计算单元⑥及带有减震支架的外壳⑦组合而成,视频计算主机③安装在轨道车的下部,视频计算主机与标识①及标识②呈现接近90°的角度。分光镜④安装在摄像机⑤镜头的前方,摄像机⑤通过分光镜能够同时拍摄到标识①及标识②的图像。位移计算单元⑥根据图像计算出标识①及标识②的相对位置。两次不同时间测量得到的标识①及标识②相对位置的变化量,即为在两次测量时间段内钢轨在竖向及水平方向发生的三维位移。避免了使用多台摄像机分布拍摄不同方向上标识的硬件成本及多台摄像机高精度时间同步拍摄带来的系统复杂性,具有结构简单、体积小、成本低的优点。
