The invention discloses an electric forklift lifting speed regulation control system and method in the field of forklifts.The electric forklift lifting speed regulation control system comprises a motor controller, a multi-way valve and a Hall sensor, and the Hall sensor is connected with a lifting valve element of the multi-way valve; the Hall sensor outputs non-simple linear voltage analog signals which are in multi-point fitting with the flow characteristics of the multi-way valve to the motor controller through the signal processor, and the motor controller controls the pump motor to operate at the rotating speed corresponding to the voltage analog signals. The controller follows the action of the operating valve rod and the actual rotating speed fed back by the motor, a variable acceleration rate curve of the pump motor is designed for specific working conditions, and a relation curve of the output voltage of the signal processor and the rotating speed of the pump motor is formed. The requirement of a user for low-speed micro-motion fine control is met, high efficiency of the portal frame in medium-high-speed operation is guaranteed, in the lifting process of the portal frame, the speed regulation and follow-up performance is good and is almost comparable with an electromagnetic proportional valve, energy and cost are saved, and noise of vehicle operation is reduced.

    本发明公开了叉车领域的一种电动叉车起升调速控制系统及方法,包括电机控制器、多路阀以及霍尔传感器,霍尔传感器与多路阀的起升阀芯连接,且霍尔传感器通过信号处理器输出与多路阀流量特征多点拟合的非简单线性的电压模拟信号到电机控制器,电机控制器控制泵电机按照与电压模拟信号对应的转速运转。即控制器跟随操作阀杆的动作及电机反馈的实际转速,针对特定工况,设计泵电机的变加速率曲线,形成信号处理器的输出电压与泵电机转速的关系曲线。本发明不仅满足用户低速微动精细操纵的需求,也保证了门架在中高速运行的高效率,而且在门架起升过程中,调速及随动性能好,几乎媲美电磁比例阀,而且节约了能源、成本、降低了车辆运行的噪音。
