The invention provides an electro-hydraulic composite recycling and regenerating integrated winch system. The electro-hydraulic composite recycling and regenerating integrated winch system comprises an assembly controller, a transmission assembly, a first electric drive assembly, a second electric drive assembly, a hydraulic drive assembly, a sensing assembly, an electric control handle and a load arranged on a winch speed reducer. The system adopts an electro-hydraulic composite driving system, a power battery is used for supplying power to serve as an energy source of a winch system, the national energy conservation and emission reduction development requirements are met, meanwhile, a motor is used for driving a variable hydraulic pump, or an energy accumulator is used for completing power input to a motor of the variable hydraulic pump; the power output of the volume adjustable hydraulic pump motor and the power output of the electric generator are dynamically coupled to realize electro-hydraulic compound drive winch; according to the electro-hydraulic composite drive winch system, the high-power density output of a variable hydraulic pump motor in the hydraulic power system is utilized, the high-energy density of a power battery in the electric power system and the good control characteristic of a motor generator are also utilized, and the lifting motion of the winch drive system can be well controlled.

    本发明提供了一种电液复合回收再生一体化卷扬系统,包括:总成控制器、传动组件、第一电驱组件、第二电驱组件、液驱组件、传感组件、电控手柄、以及配置在所述卷扬减速器上的负载;改系统采取电液复合驱动系统,以动力电池供电作为卷扬系统能量来源符合国家节能减排发展要求,同时用电动机驱动变量液压泵、或用蓄能器完成对变量液压泵马达的动力输入,变量液压泵马达的动力输出与电动发电机动力输出进行动力耦合实现电液复合驱动卷扬,这种电液复合驱动卷扬系统即利用了液压动力系统中变量液压泵马达高功率密度输出、也利用了电力动力系统中动力电池的高能量密度和电动发电机良好控制特性,能够较好的控制卷扬驱动系统的升降运动。
